Shipping policy


General Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via DPD, either tracked or requiring a signature upon delivery.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
  • Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order.
  • Alternatively, set a preferred safe place or neighbour with the courier directly.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery and the parcel is returned or goes missing, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at cs@treatsstudios.com with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Please note that during peak periods, such as new product launches or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery Options

DPD Standard Delivery – £4.99

Estimated 1–3 working days for UK delivery from dispatch.

DPD Next Day Delivery – £6.99

Available Monday to Thursday.

Orders must be placed before 14:30 GMT for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.


EU & International Shipping

We ship to a wide range of countries across the EU and internationally. The full list of available destinations will be shown at checkout.

EU and international shipping may take longer and will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.

If you’re unable to select your country during checkout, please get in touch using the contact form, and our team will do their best to help.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import charges once your order arrives in the destination country.

Missed Deliveries

Claims for lost or missing parcels must be submitted within 3 days of a missed delivery notification.

We cannot replace or refund any orders that aren’t flagged within this timeframe due to insurance limitations.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped on or before the date stated on the product page and at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If your order includes multiple items, including a pre-order, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, even if the other items are in stock at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled. However, once received, they can be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns Policy.

Personalised Items
Some Treats are made especially for you, including embroidered waffle bags, pyjamas, and personalised charms. Each personalised item is made to order and completely unique.Because of this, personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including when they are part of a gift set.
Please double-check your size, spelling, and embroidery details before checking out. Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes.Personalised items take up to 7 working days to create before dispatch, so please allow a little extra time for your custom Treat to arrive.
