Here’s how they work:
• Our e-Gift Cards have a strict 1-year expiry from the date of purchase.
• e-Gift Cards will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase, with all instructions included.
• There are no additional processing fees with our e-Gift Cards.
• Any items purchased and returned with an e-Gift Card will be refunded back onto an e-Gift Card.
• e-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We do not currently offer physical gift cards, but plan to launch these soon. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on our socials and email newsletter.

All of your treats are shipped via DPD both nationally and internationally. More information about the different services we offer are on the delivery page.
We hope you love your treats but just in case we offer a 14 day returns policy, please see our returns page for further information and terms and conditions.
